Last week the installation of the fence at the 101 Russell Road parking area was completed and we distributed the first load of wood chips.
This week, several projects are planned at the same location. We will take down a deer stand, plant shrubs and distribute wood chips if more have been delivered. Additionally, we want to remove invasives along the Sisyphus Trail through Hidden Brook Preserve.
Shovels will be useful for planting, and pitchforks and wheel barrows for distributing wood chips. Root slayers and mattocks are useful for removing invasive species.
We will meet at 101 Russell Road, at 9 AM on Wednesday.
