Last week we cleared the trail route for what was planned to be Sunday’s hike through Simpson Preserve and the Veterans Park trail loop passing by Bethany Bog. However, with Sunday’s hike rained out, it has now been postponed to New Year’s Day.
This week we are going to Hall Preserve to put in bog bridging and continue to clear invasives. Stone moving tools, carpentry tools and invasive removal tools will be useful.
Hall Preserve is located at 152 Downs Road. We meet there at 9 AM.
